Conference Fees and Registration

Individual REGISTRATION is mandatory for all Biomag2012 participants except IAB members.

ON-LINE registration is open until August, 6th, 2012

Registration package for categories with no fee, symposium chairs, regular participants, students,  includes:

  • Scientific sessions
  • Conference material
  • BIOMAG 2012 Program booklet
  • Welcome reception
  • Refreshment breaks

Registration package for accompanying persons includes:

  • Welcome reception


Up to 3 members of the exhibiting company can register directly with SPAT as exhibit personnel for each booth purchased. A list of the exhibit personnel has to be provided by August 1st, 2012 to avoid on-site regular registration fee. Their registration package includes:  

  • Conference material
  • BIOMAG 2012 Program booklet
  • Welcome reception
  • Refreshment breaks

Paiement confirmation: 

If you are paying by credit card you will be sent another confirmation via email within 2 weeks advising that your credit card has been charged.

If paying your registration fee by Bank Transfer, please fax your transfer receipt to +33(0) 4 72 13 89 62. Your payment cannot be processed until we receive this document. Please include a cover page with your name, contact details, date of payment, bank name, and name of the conference.

If you do not receive your payement confirmation within two weeks, please contact SPAT.

Onsite Registration: 

Onsite registrations are payable by Credit cards only.

Registration terms and conditions: 

It is agreed that the Local Organizing Committee, its officers, volunteers, contracted staff, contracted companies and agents shall not be held liable or responsible for:

1. Any loss or damages, however caused by any person engaged by, participating in, or attending the Biomag2012 and its satellite events for any reason whatsoever;

2. Refusal of admission, any changes in program dates, content, speakers, location, or cancellation of any programs or functions.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations (sent to, made prior to May 30th, 2012 will be charged a processing fee of EURO 80. Cancellations, received after May 30th, 2012 will not be honored. All refunds will be made after Biomag 2012.
